German Stuffed Noodle
Brown meat, drain. Mix in crackers and water, mix well so ingredients hold a ball shape.
To make noodle dough:
Mix eggs with water then add to flour. need toether until dough is soft. Roll out on floured surface until dough is 1/4 inch think. Place meat balls on dough and then fold over dough to cover meat. Pinch ends to seal.
Place in boiling beef stock for 20 minutes.
Serve with melted browned butter
Can make ahead and freeze. Boil 30 mins from frozen state.
