Super simple and loads of healthy veggies
Brown ground beef (or turkey), drain off fat. Stir meat with all other ingredients except rice in your crock pot, cook on low 8 hrs. Just before serving add hot cooked rice (I make an inner bag of Success Rice). Even better next day.
*I like the petite diced tomatoes with onions, peppers and celery for this.
