Cook onion and celery in butter over low heat until soft, but not brown. Meanwhile, blend seasonings with bread crumbs. Add onion, celery and butter. Stir in eggs. Pour broth gradually over surface, stirring lightly. Add more seasonings if desired. Pour into a greased baking dish and bake at 400F for 30 mintutes
