De-crust bread and tear into small pieces. Let it dry over night uncovered (or covered with a towel). Mix seasonings. Coat bread crumbs in seasoning. Melt crisco in sauce pan and melt. Add seasoned bread. Mix. Pour chicken broth over bread as you mix to evenly coat to desired wetness.
