In a separate small bowl, mix eggs and flavourings.
In another larger bowl, mix all dry ingredients.
Add egg mixture to butter mixture and mix until light
Add flour all at once and mix, slowly at first, until well blended, scraping bowl of mixer as necessary.
Wrap in cling film and refrigerage one hour.
Cut into quaters and roll each quater to 3/8 inch, Cut with desired cookie cutter. Press all scraps together, and roll and cut.
Bake at 325 to 350 for 7 to 9 minutes depending on the size and thickness of your cookies.
Allow to cool completely on a wire rack before decorating.
