Suggest a better descriptionChill eveporated milk overnight. Put strawberries through a blender or food processor to puree them. Stir in sweetener Whip evaporated milk for 10 minutes until they look like whipped egg whites. Dissolve gelatin in water.Stir gelatine and strawberry puree, then fold in whipped milk. Pour mixture into a wet mold and chill 6 hours. Unmold . If you would like it fluffier you could add 2 whipped egg whites, but then theres the problem with salmonella.
