Peel and slice enough apples to make your pie heaped up with apples. Put apple juice in saucepan and heat.
Dissolve arrow root starch with a small amount of juice and stir into hot apple juice.
Place sliced apples into crust and pour juice over the apples; juice will be thin until pie is baked and cooled
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour 15 minutes.
