Suggest a better description* Use seltzer water instead of club soda if you wish. Combine nectarines or honeydew, partially thawed strawberries and orange juice in blender. Whirl until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses about 2/3 full. Slowly add club soda. Garnish with mint sprigs.
