Summer Salsa
1) In a large pot add your Oil, Tomatos, and Jalapenos and cook on high turning every 3 minites until slightly tender (Approx 5 min for the peppers and 10-15 min for the Tomatos)
2) In a food processor combine your Sylantro, Garlic, Salt and Onion. Process until ingredients are only slightly chunky.
3) Remove the Tomatos from the pot and cut them in half before placing them inthe food processor.
4) Process until you are pleased with the consistency
5) Chill for 4-6 hours
