Summer Sausage
(Made From Hamburger)
Mrs. Edgar Drees
Daykin, Neb.
This is an easy way to make summer sausage. Use on bread for sandwiches or crackers for snacks. The sausage will freeze nicely.
Mix well. Make four rolls. Roll in foil and refrigerate 24 hours. Poke holes in bottom of foil. Put on broiler pan and bake in oven 350 degrees for one hour and 10 minutes. Drain juice when cool and re-wrap in new foil. Slice to use.
