Suggest a better description1) Preheat the oven to 425F and position a rack in the center.
2) In a large deep skillet melt the butter and 2 tbsp of oil, add meat, onion, and garlic and cook over moderate heat until browned and softened, about 5 mins.
3) Add bell pepper, corn, green beans, Lima beans and alepeppo. Season salt and pepper. Cook until crisp tender.
4) add vegetable stock and simmer until liquid evaporates.
5) Transfer the meat and vegetables to a large casserole dish and let cool slightly
6) Stir in the basil, chives, cream, and eggs.
7) in a separate small bowl, combine breadcrumbs (panko) and shredded cheese and remaining 2 tbsp oil.
8) Top succotash with cheese breadcrumb mixture, bake for 10 mins.
9) Turn on broiler and broil for 3 mins, until golden on top.
Let cool for 10 mins.
4 ounces solid cheese equals 1 cup shredded
