This is the easiet brownies I have every made. I adapted this recipe myself from ingredients I love, butter, chocolate, coffee and pecans. I take these to work, showers, parties and get rave reviews every time.
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Line a 1/2 sheet pan with parchment paper.
2. Melt butter in microwave in 2 cup measuring cup
3. Add coffee, vanilla and water to melted butter.
4. Dump brownie mix in large bowl and add pecans and mix well.
5. Stir eggs and add all wet ingredients to brownie mix; pour into pan.
6. Bake as directed on box for 45-50 mins.
7. Cool, slide paper and brownies out of pan and cut into serving pieces.
The extra additions make the brownies taste homemade. The coffee powder brings out the flavor of the chocolate.
