Simple and fresh. This is a favorite, and a must have for any gathering.
In a medium bowl, mash the avocados (recommend using a potato masher or pastry cutter) and stir in salt & lime juice.
Mix in the tomato, onion, jalapeno & cilantro. Cover and chill in the refrigerator at least 1 hour before serving, best if you can let sit for 3-5 hours). Garnish with a cilantro sprig.
