Suggest a better descriptionPreheat your oven to 350 degrees and lightly grease a cookie sheet with coconut oil.
In a medium bowl, mix together the almond butter, beaten egg, and melted and cooled coconut oil until smooth.
Add the vanilla extract.
Now, add in the coconut sugar and the maple syrup. Mix until smooth.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the almond flour, oat flour, Superfood Oats, shredded coconut, baking powder, and salt.
Combine the wet and dry ingredients and mix until thoroughly incorporated.
Fold in the chocolate chips (I measure this amount with my soul)
Form into cookies using 2 tbsp of cookie dough and place on the sheet, lightly pressing down to flatten slightly.
Bake for 10-15 minutes until the cookies turn golden brown on the edges.
Let cool for 5 minutes before enjoying!
