1. Peel and De-vein prawns.
2. Heat Olive Oil in frypan and add garlic cloves whole
3. Shallow fry prawns until cooked.
4. Mince prawns and garlic through mincer.
5. Mince Beef through mincer
6. Mix beef, prawns, garlic, salt and pepper in a plastic tub.
7. Mix should be sticky and the consistency of mash potato. If too dry add iced water until the right consistency.
8. Stuff into sausage skins and tie at your preferred length.
9. Freeze for up to 3 months.
This is a concept recipe. We have only made it once and have not eaten any of the sausages. I take no responsibility if anyone gets sick making this recipe.
