Classic family favorite.
Saute celery, onion and water chestnuts in butter. Prepare broccoli according to package directions; drain. Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Pour into large buttered casserole dish and bake at 350-degrees for 30 min. May be frozen before baking. To cook frozen, place in 300-degree oven for 1 hour.
