Pork Jerky
Combine all marinade ingredients and mix together. Add pork into marinade and let sit about 12 hours. Spread as thin as possible on nonstick dehydrator sheets. Set at the highest temperature to remove the moisture from the mix. When jerky is dry, for a little added texture and caramelization, move to a sheet tray and place under broiler until sugars start to brown (three-four minutes per side). Remove to cooling rack and reserve for service.
