Reduce the temperature to 350 degrees then pour chilli sauce over potatoes and bake for 10 to 15 minutes more or until the chilli sauce begins to caramelize, taking care not to burn.
Transfer potatoes to a serving bowl, add onions and mint and toss gently. Serve topped with yogurt and scattered with peanuts.
