Great with pork, chicken, macaroni salad, scrambled eggs or use like a salsa with chips. OR
1. use juice as a marinade.
2. drain the juice and use the "meat", mix it with Cream Cheese for a dip.
1. Grind peppers & onions, saving the juice.
2. Combine with juice & other ingredients.
3. When all is mixed together.... taste... Some peppers aren't as sweet, so you need to add more sugar... (I've had to add as much as 2 more cups of sugar to balance out the sweet and sour taste.... Hubby is a great taster for this.....lol)
4. Boil 30 minutes.
5. Pour into sterilized jars.
6. Seal.
7. BWB for 10 minutes.
Makes 6-7 half-pints
