1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Peel cooked sweet potato and place in bowl.
3. Add beans and mash.
4. Season.
5. Stir in flour.
6. Make into 8 patties.
6. Heat EVOO in large skillet and brown patties. 3-4 minutes each side.
*Top with Tahini Dressing
1. In a small bowl add mix tahini paste, lemon zest, dressing, onion, and mushrooms.
