A delicious Thanksgiving or Christmas dish.
Preheat Oven to 350 Degree's
Combine mashed sweet potato's, butter, vanilla, sugar, eggs and a can of evaporated milk. Use a hand beater to make it easier on yourself. Pour sweet potato mixture into a 9x13 dish.
In a separate bowl, mix together the melted butter, brown sugar, flour, and then add the pecans.
Pour the pecan topping on top of the sweet potato mixture.
Bake for 30-40 minutes.
