Sweet potatos mashed with seasoned chicken
1. Microwave sweet potato for 7 mins or until soft in center.
2. Season chicken thighs with salt, pepper, paprika, cayenne, garlic powder, and whatever else you want.
3. Dice red onion and jalapenos.
4. Airfry chicken 390 for 15 mins, flip halfway
5. Scoop out all the potato and mash.
6. Add butter, sour cream, jalapeno, onion, hot sauce etc. to how you like it.
7. Cut up chicken and add onto side.
8. Drizzle with BBQ sauce and enjoy!
