1. Add water and place steamer rack over water
2. Use fork to prick sweet potatoes all over and set onto steamer rack
3. Seal lid and cook on High Pressure for 12 minutes
4. Release pressure quickly
5. Transfer sweet potatoes to cutting board to slice into 1/2" medallions and ensure they are peeled
6. Melt butter on Saute mode
7. Add sweet potatoes and cook each side for 2-3 minutes until browned
8. Season with salt & garlic powder. Top with rosemary
