Suggest a better descriptionSprinkle chicken with 1 tsp. of the taco seasoning. Heat a large skillet on med.high heat. Add chicken, cook 5 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Remove from skillet. Add remaining taco seasoning mix and water, bring to boil.
Stir in rice, cover and cook on low for 5 minutes.
Now stir in 1 cup of the sour cream. Top with cooked chicken. Next sprinkle with cheese, cover.
Continue cooking for 2 minutes or until cheese is melted. Top with remaining sour cream. If you have some chopped cilantro top it off with it.
NOTE: To make even simpler, use Knorr's Spanish Rice pouches (2) make ahead, do chic. as above.
In the skillet put in readied rice and sour cream, top with chic. and so on as above.
