2. Cook ground beef, drain. Stir in taco seasoning, rotel, and water. Simmer for 5 minutes
3. Mix together the beef, cheese, tater tots, soup, and sour cream
4. Spread into pan
5. Bake for 45-50 minutes
Can use ground turkey/chicken instead
