A slightly sour sauce made from sesame paste great over meat kebabs. Buy the sauce at your local middle eastern market.
1. Pour tahini in jar and stir until smooth (it will have separated into oil on the top and paste on the bottom)
2. Add 12oz of the 16 ox of water into the bowl, along with the rest of the ingredients (juicing the limes).
3. Stir until a smooth consistency is reached, takes several minutes and will turn white and clump in the beginning, this is normal.
4. Stir in the remaining water until the desired consistency is reached. Some like it more solid, some more watery.
