Suggest a better description1. Combine the garlic, salt, tahini, walnuts, cayenne and coriander in a bowl or a blender and whisk to a smooth paste. 2. Slowly add the breadcrumbs, stirring all the time to form a paste that is firm enough to hold its own shape. 3. Form the mixture into walnut size balls and roll them in the toasted sesame seeds. Stick each one on a cocktail stick and refrigerate until ready to serve. NOTES : Makes about 1lb. Make these delicious sticky walnut balls some time before you will need them.
