Delicious cheesy goulash recipe
Cook egg noodles as directed on package. Once cooked until slightly al’dente, drain and set aside.
In the meantime, in extra large skillet, Sauté onions and bell peppers until translucent. Add garlic and sauté for another minute or so until fragrant. Add meat and cook until brown. Season with chili powder. Continue to cook until juices have mostly evaporated.
Add remaining ingredients, except cheese, and simmer for about 10 minutes. Add cheese and simmer until cheese is melted.
Left overs can be frozen for later meals.
