In a bowl, combine the first five ingredients\
Crumble beef over mixture and mix well \ or substitute meatballs
Shape into 1 1/2" balls /
Place 1" apart on greased baking pans
Bake, uncovered, at 350* for 20 minutes
Transfer meatballs to greased baking dish
Combine gravy, brown sugar, vinegar, ginger and cloves
Pour over meatballs
Cover and bake 30 minutes longer
Meanwhile, cook noodles according to package directions; drain
Serve with meatballs
