Easy. Made in the Microwave
Place cauliflower in 11/2 quart glass casserole. Add water, cover with plastic wrap. Microwave on high 8-9 minutes. Combine mayonaise, onion and mustard. Spoon over top of cauliflower. Sprinkle with cheese. Microvave on roast 11/2 - 2 minutes. Let stand 2 minutes before serving.
