Préchauffer le four à 350°F (180°C) et bien beurrer un moule à tarte de 9 pouces (23 cm) de diamètre.
Dans un robot culinaire ou mélangeur sur socle, déposer tous les ingrédients et mélanger jusqu'à l'obtention d'un mélange homogène, environ 2 minutes. Prendre soin de racler les bords du bol à l'occasion.
Verser cette préparation dans l'assiette à tarte, sans fond de pâte. Cuire 25 minutes, puis augmenter la puissance du four à 375°F (190°C) et laisser cuire encore pendant 25 minutes.
Servir tiède ou à température ambiante.
