Fried ramen
1. start water for ramen & egg (2 pots)
2. add olive oil to pan, heat over medium
3. when oil is heated, add onions, garlic, & broccoli, cover pan
4. after 5-7 minutes, add mushrooms & bamboo shoots
5. after 2 minutes, add soy sauce, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes, keep covered
5. water should be boiling now; add ramen & egg to separate pots
6. after 5 minutes, ramen should be cooked; strain and add to pan; stir & turn heat to low
7. after another 6 minutes, egg should be cooked; remove, crack, and slice
8. stir contents of pan, remove from heat, plate, add sliced egg on top
9. eat!
