Yummy cheesy potato goodness!
Preheat oven to 350.
Fry the bacon, Set it a side and reserve, Cook the onions and jalapenos in the bacon grease. While the onions and jalapenos are sauteing deep fry the tater tots. Let the tater tots drain throuly. Toss the tater tots, veggies, and velveeta together into a casserole dish, bake for 20 minutes. Put the shredded cheese on top then sprinkle the bacon crumbles over it all and bake for another 5 minutes or until the top is ooy gooy.
Serve
Get the tater tots a crispy as possible.
