My teenagers want there burgers all the time.
Combine sherry, soy sauce, brown sugar, water, garlic and ginger in a bowl. Mix about 1/2 cup of soy mixture with ground beef, form into pattys. Combine cornstarch with remaining sauce and heat untill thick to serve on the side. Grill burgers melt cheese on second side. Grill pineapple place on top of burgers. Serve on toasted buns with onions, reserved sauce, pineapple and mayo if desired.
