1) Season chicken with salt and pepper to taste. Spray a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium heat. Add chicken and stir fry for 5 minutes, or until browned on all sides.
2) Add green onion and cook for 2 more minutes or until softened. Add chicken broth and teriyaki sauce, and simmer for 5 minutes or until the chicken is cooked and sauce has reduced slightly.
3) Evenly divide rice among 4 shallow bowls. Top each with about 1 cup each of chicken and broccoli.
