Suggest a better description1. Cream together shortening, eggs, and sugar.
2. Add dry ingredients mixing well.
3. Add mashed banana and nuts.
4. Pour into greased 9x5x3 pan (loaf).
5. Push batter up into corners of pan leaving the center slightly hollowed. For well rounded loaf, allow to stand 20 min. before baking.
6. Bake 40 min.
7. Cool well on wire rack before slicing.
