Suggest a better description1. preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. coat a 13 X 9 inch baking dish with cooking spray
3. heat a large saute pan, then add the beef and chorizo, cook thoroughly
4. drain and discard rendered fat
5. add beans, corn, jalapeno, taco seasoning, half the can of tomato sauce, onion, 1/2 cup pixo de gallo, and cilantro to the cooked meats
6.combine salsa with remaining tomato sauce and spread 1/4 cup onto prepared baking dish
7. layer with noodles, overlapping them slightly
8. layer meat mixture, pico de gallo, and both cheeses, spreading evenly over the noodles. repeat until the top of the baking dish is reached
9. top with remaining cheese and bake for 45 minutes or until golden and crispy
10. allow lasagna to cool for 10-15 minutes before cutting
