Preheat the oven to 180.
Fry the onion and garlic in oil. Turn up the heat and add the mince and brown
Add the chipotle, spices and oregano and cook for 1 min.
Add the puree, chopped toms, wine, chocolate, semi-dried tomatoes, stock cube and kidney beans.
Put in the oven with a lid on for 1h 30.
Add the peppers and cook for the remaining 30 mins.
Swap beef for braising steak, add more peppers, courgettes or tomatoes to stretch.
