Suggest a better descriptionCook, draine, rinse penne. Cook garlic and ginger in oil 30-60 seconds. Stir in curry paste and then coconut milk. Simmer 10-15 minutes or until reduced by 1/3. Add peppers and carrots and simmer 6-8 minutes. Add tamari and syrup. Add pasta and spinach. Heat until pasta is hot and spinach is wilted. Serve with green onions and sriracha.
