Place the red curry paste, coconut oil, tamari, coconut milk, and chicken bullion paste in the bottom of a medium mason jar. Add the ginger, snow peas, mushrooms, shallots and soba noodles, top with cilantro, basil and lime wedge and store in the frige until ready to eat.
When ready, remove the lime wedge, fill with boiling water, give it a big stir, cover and let sit for 5 minutes. Squeeze in lemon, stir again, eat.
