Cook noodles, then set aside.
In large saucepan, combine soy sauce, agave, lime juice, garlic & 1/4 cup water. Bring to boil over medium heat.
Stir in Asian mixed veggies & cook about 5 minutes
Add the cooked noodles, tofu & mung bean sprouts and toss to coat. Cook until heated through, about 2 minutes
Garnish the noodles with green onions, chopped peanuts, cilantro
