Suggest a better description1: Whisk coconut milk, soy, lime zest, lime juice, sugar, curry paste and pepper flakes together in a bowl. In a separate bowl, combine 1tsp of oil, garlic, and ginger.
2: Heat remaining oil in 12" non stick skillet over high heat until simmering. Add cauliflower, water, and salt. Cover and cook until cauliflower is just tender, about 5 mins. Uncover and continue to cook stirring occasionally, until liquid is evaporated and cauliflower is tender and well browned, 8-10 mins.
3: Clear center of skillet, add garlic mixture and cook until fragrant. Stir into cauliflower. Lower heat, add coconut milk mixture and simmer until slightly thickened. Stir in basil and serve.
