Brown meat in a little oil, set aside.
Heat remaining oil, add curry paste stir till fragrant.
Stir in coconut milk add kaffir leaves. Return meat to pan, reduce heat simmer 10 mins.
Stir in beans and capsicum simmer till tender stirring occasionally.
Stir in sugar, fish sauce and peanut butter, stir till peanut butter has broken down, season to taste.
Serve with steamed rice
