This dinner is a little complicated but after you make it once you get used to it. The recipe its self is delicious and very, very filling.
Double check you have all ingredients.
Open can of Rotel (diced tomatoes w/green chilies) and put in bowl, let set.
Brown ground beef with any spices wanted and BBQ to flavor the meat.
Meanwhile, slice the tops off of the bell peppers, just barely so there is an opening and get rid of insides, try not to cut the outside, but it's OK if you accidentally cut a little bit, just means you won't have a full pepper to eat off, personally, I don't care, cause in the the end it'll all be in your belly.
Once the meat is browned then let it cool for a minute
Then stuff your pepper with about a scoop full of meat, cheese, and tomato with green chilies
Then set oven to about 385 degrees the put the peppers in there for about 8 minutes.
Take them out, Then, Enjoy!
Don't forget to season the meat well so the meal is not bland and boring. Hope you enjoy
