Suggest a better descriptionSpray a 9 X 13" pan with cooking spray. Sprinkle in English muffins (or you can use frozen hash browns) and drizzle with
melted butter. Set aside.
Brown sausage and rinse and drain.
Sprinkle sausage over the English muffins in pan. Add peppers and onion. Sprinkle with cheese.
In large bowl, whisk eggs, milk, ground mustard, salt and pepper.
Pour egg mixture over casserole. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Preheat oven to 350. Bake until golden brown, 45 to 50 minutes. A knife should come clean from center.
