Para el pescado
1. En un recipiente coloque los filetes de pescado y sazonar con pimienta molida, ajo en polvo, sal, paprika por ambos lados. Agregue aceite de oliva y mezcle totalmente para que queden impregnados de aceite y de las especias.
2. Pre caliente el horno a 170°C y hornéelos po 15 - 20 minutos. Retire del horno y sirva caliente.
Al momento de servir el plato primero se colocan las espinacas salteadas en el plato. Sobre ellas se coloca el pescado a la paprika
