Brown the Ground Beef and drain.
Dice up the potato and onion. Put in bowl while waiting for the Ground Beef to brown. Sprinkle the Season Salt over them and stir to mix.
Dice up the cheese and set aside.
Add the potato and onion mix to the drained beef and mix. Cover and let simmer for 5 minutes. Stir to loosen and then add the rest of the ingredients. Stir to mix well. Bring to a boil. Stir to loosen, then cover. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
Stir mixture and check to ensure the macaroni is cooked. The sauce will thicken.
DOn't let the potatos and onions cook down to the skillet. Keep stiring them. Once the liquid has been added, the tendancy to cook and stick to the pan will be reduced greatly.
