Cut rolls in half through the middle of the whole unit. Remove top. Layer ham and cheese on bottom half – put top back on and cut through to make individual rolls.
Mix everything together except the poppy seeds. Pour over sandwiches.
Sprinkle on poppy seeds. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350º for 15 minutes. Serve warm.
