Place the coarsely chopped tomatillos, onion, and jalapeno in a medium bowl, add the tomatillo mixture, toss to coat. Add the olive oil and honey, season with salt and pepper. Fold in the cilantro just before serving. serve at room temp. May be refrigerated for 1 day without the cilantro. Posted to bbq-digest by "wight"
