1/2 large Avocado or (1 hass)
2 small onion
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp salt
dash 5 spice
1 cup water
2 cloves garlic
1/2 tbs coconut oil
Blend tomato, avocado, onion in blender w/ 1/2 cup of water. In pot, lightly fry up the garlic with the coconut oil, when browned add the tomato puree and the extra water, add spice and herbs to taste. Let simmer (avoid boil)
